Most starters want to host their own site on internet and wants to learn web building.
You can initiate this easily on wapka.com and build their own wapsite for free, even if you know HTML or not.
I'm targetting this tutorial for especially for those who are zero at hosting startup.
So, lets initiate building your own wapsite.

Methods:

First of all,  open the site wapka.com 

Create a new account.

Fill the required details, and sign up.

    

Verify tour email and lets start the main 
steps.

Now open 'other' in Basic Settings and tick on 'Allow fast acesss to edit functions" to easily edit site. 

Again come back and click on 'Admin Mode' to start building site.

Here a blank page will appear with a drop-down navigation bar at the top.
This is the the fast acess tool for controlling your site.

Now here you can start adding and arranging elements to your site.
So have a look at the basic functions.

• By clicking on 'WML/xHTML code', you can add wml or html codes.
• 'Searching' adds search box

There are much other easier elements

Now look at some major features and settings:

•  'Add auto-content' page have settings for adding top & bottom auto contents. Actually these are used to fix the elements at top or bottom which have to be appear on every page of your site.  For example, You want to fix a logo to be appeared on every page, just put a logo in top items.
  

• In 'Global Settings' , you will find some major and advanced settings like editing CSS, robots.txt file and much more.
