Method 1: Editing Registry
Step0 Goto run.
Step1 Type 'regedit' without quotes.
Step2 Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Step3 goto SYSTEM.
Step4 Click on CurrentControlSet.
Step5 Click on services
Step6 Goto USBSTOR
Step7 Double click on 'Start' where value is 3.
Step8 Now change the value data with 4.
Step9 Now press ok and refresh your desktop your USB port is disabled.
To enable it again, do this: To enable the usb port replace the value 4 with 3.
Method 2: Using Device Manager
Go to start and search for "Device Manager".
Click on 'Universal Serial Bus controllers and enable or disable by right-clicking on them.
Method 3: Using USB block/unblock app.
