This article may be helpful in many circumstances like, "you saved a password for a site in your browser and have forgotten the password", you can see that password using this trick.
Though, there are lots of ways to reveal such passwords, we came with one way of use.

Using Inspect Element feature of Browser

  • First of all, open the website in which you found saved password.

Suppose we have password saved in facebook.
  •  Right Click on password box where password is appearing as asterisk or star.
  • You will find a lot of options there.
  • You have to click on 'inspect' or  'inspect element' depending upon your browser. ( In Chrome, you will have Inspect )

  • Clicking on Inspect will open Developer Tolls below current window highlighting you to a line, which is the html code for password box,
  • That line will look like <input type="password"
  • You have to double click on the word password, and edit it to any other word,

  • When the word password is changed to other word, press Enter and you will see the asterisks as text.
  • This way, you revealed the saved password.
  • Ola cabs logo

Ola cabs, A Taxi hiring website was hacked yesterday and user details like Credit cards and unused vouchers were accessed by the hackers. The Ola firm has denied the same by stating that there was no security lapse only the dummy user information was accessed.

The website was hacked by the team of hackers who call themselves "TheUnknown" by putting a post headlining "OLACABS.COM hacked!" Ola`s design is poor and we have been able to access user details along with credit card details and unused vouchers.

However, it is unclear whether the hack was restricted to only website or the application was also compromised, with neither the hackers or the firm providing any details whatsoever.

There has been no security lapse to any user data. The hack has been staged which exposed one of our test runs.

The hackers in a Reddit post have claimed that they hacked the website but the company is denying the hack. The hackers also said that they won`t be misusing the credit cards and vouchers.

Ola(formerly know as Ola Cabs) was founded in 2011, IIT Bombay alumni Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati.

    Method 1:

If you have a rooted phone, then you can download a simple app to view it.
    Download link: WiFi Pass viewer

    Method 2:

This one is a bit lengthy but perfect one.
You can find the password also by using some file manager like Root Explorer, ES file manager.
You only have to follow these paths:
    1. Open the file manager.
    2. Goto root>data>misc>wifi .(In ES file explorer, root folder is named '/device' but it is named as 'system root' in FX)
    3. There you'll find some files.
    4. Open wpa_supplicant.config
You will find the WiFi ssid and their password saved with other details.

Method 2 can also work on some unrooted phones.
